I'd say this toner is for skin without any major problems. It won't help with acne or inflammation. It helps restore the epidermal barrier (in combination with low ph facial cleanser and multi-lamellar emulsion) and keeping the skin moisturized and can help with slight irritation or sensitivity. There's no wow-effect
