I like this because it’s petroleum free and it always felt a bit weird rubbing petroleum on my chest when using Vicks vaporub. However the smell is not as powerful as Olbas - which I guess is a benefit if you find olbas too strong. This is a good middle of the road vaporub

I bought this b/c Vicks Vaporub is not available where I live and I looked for a replacement. This does not have any affect on the chest or sinuses at all - no loosening of phlegm or muscle relaxing, no soothing smell. You might as well rub petroleum jelly on yourself.
